PubMesh runs focused publications with different voices, audiences and commercial models. They share a small set of editorial rules.
Source the claim
Material factual claims should be traceable to an appropriate source. For product-specific facts, first-party product information can establish specifications or availability; independent evidence is preferred for broader performance, health, safety or comparative claims.
Do not manufacture certainty
Reporting should distinguish confirmed facts, attributed claims, analysis and opinion. We do not turn a rumour into a fact by repeating it.
Do not invent product facts
Prices, stock, materials, certifications, specifications and availability must not be fabricated. Generated imagery may illustrate an editorial idea but should not impersonate a real product when doing so could mislead a buyer.
Safety-sensitive topics
Health, child safety, finance and other high-stakes subjects require stronger sourcing and conservative framing. Editorial content is not personalised professional advice.
Commercial transparency
Ads, affiliate relationships and material ownership relationships should be disclosed clearly when relevant. Editorial and promotional modules should be visually distinguishable.
Corrections
When a material factual error is identified, we aim to correct the underlying canonical content rather than silently propagate the error into every channel.
Questions or correction requests can be sent to legal@pubmesh.media.
