Essential storage

Essential technologies may be used to provide requested features, preserve security, remember privacy choices and maintain basic session state.

Optional categories

Analytics, functional, advertising and personalisation categories are optional by default on the shared publication runtime. Where consent is required, non-essential processing is intended to remain off until you make a positive choice.

Rejecting optional categories should be as accessible as accepting them.

Publication-scoped choices

Privacy choices and subscriptions are publication-scoped by default. We do not treat a choice on one publication as blanket permission for cross-publication personalisation.

Global Privacy Control

Where applicable, the shared policy is designed to honour Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising and personalisation choices off.
