1. Create an entry drop zone. Use a slim over-door organizer for bags, umbrellas, caps, and reusable totes. Keep only current-season items here so the door can still close easily.
2. Move cleaning supplies off the floor. Hang a compact caddy for cloths, gloves, and small cleaning tools on a closet or utility-room door. It keeps supplies together without claiming cabinet space.
3. Make bathroom backups easy to reach. Use the bathroom door for lightweight extras such as toilet paper, washcloths, and hair tools. Choose shallow pockets so they do not interfere with the door swing.
4. Give bedroom accessories a home. Add hooks for tomorrow’s outfit, a robe, or frequently used bags. This is more useful than letting those items collect on a chair.
5. Store kitchen linens near the work zone. On a pantry or kitchen door, use a narrow organizer for dish towels, napkins, and reusable wraps. Keep bulky cookware elsewhere to avoid adding too much weight.
