1. Add a removable mirror-lighting solution. If the existing overhead light creates shadows at the mirror, add a removable light source near the vanity area. Choose a placement that lights your face evenly without crowding the mirror or blocking cabinet doors.
2. Use a freestanding slim cart. A narrow rolling cart can hold toilet paper, hair tools, or daily toiletries without drilling into tile. Park it beside the vanity, next to the toilet, or in an unused gap—then roll it out when you need to clean.
3. Swap in a tension shower caddy. Move shower bottles off the tub edge with a tension-mounted caddy. It creates vertical storage inside the shower and can come down without leaving hardware behind when you move.
4. Create a hook zone with removable hooks. Place removable hooks where damp towels and everyday items naturally land: behind the door, beside the shower, or near the sink. Give each hook one job so towels do not end up on the floor or vanity.
5. Cover a tired floor with a washable mat. A large washable bath mat can soften worn-looking flooring and define the standing area at the sink. Pick a size that leaves the door swing and toilet base clear, so the room still feels easy to move through.
