Three independent layers
PubMesh treats product identity, social authorization and conversational interface as separate layers. You might sign in with Google, authorize an Instagram account, and operate it from ChatGPT. None of those should have to become the permanent owner of the other two.
The workspace is the anchor
Connections belong to a PubMesh workspace. That lets the same authorized account appear in the browser workspace and authorized external clients without asking the user to repeat provider OAuth for every surface.
A path to Aloka
The current PubMesh chat surface is intentionally behind an adapter. A future conversational platform can become the runtime while PubMesh keeps its own workspace, connectors and publishing capabilities intact.
